MedPlan was produced for Media Planning and Buying Agencies.
Using MedPlan, all different types of media can be planned including TV, radio, print, Internet, Outdoor, Cinema. Calculations, for example discounts, Agency commission, CPP, daily sums of costs or GRP's, available budget, profit etc, are done by MedPlan automatically.
All necessary
forms are produced by MedPlan in appropriate format automatically. For
example, reservation forms with channel's logo, cancellation forms,
Client's copy of plan, payment plan, pro forma invoice, original invoice.
MedPlan provides the facility to produce all types of invoices, especially invoices that used in the advertisement sector.
MedPlan compares media invoice and estimated cost, and if there is any difference automatically produce return invoice.
MedPlan has very strong
reporting skills. Addition to standard reports, users can design their report
choosing columns like CPP, frequency, day part, volume, estimated GRP, actual
GRP. Global reports can be taken in seconds, for example how many col. cm of ads
are used in which magazine in choosen period; or profit
of agency, invoice reports etc.
Forms and reports can be printed, or sent to Excel with same apperance.
